Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Calinza never stores your payment card information. Card numbers, CVV and PIN details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch our servers.

Calinza uses the same PCI Level 1 payment infrastructure trusted by leading UK and international retailers.

SSL encryption — Every page on calinza.shop, including checkout, is protected by an industry-standard 256-bit SSL certificate. All data is encrypted in transit.

PCI-compliant processing — Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. — certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest certification available in the payments industry.

End-to-end encryption — Card details are tokenised and transmitted directly to Stripe. Calinza never sees, handles or stores your full card number, CVV or PIN.

Fraud protection — Every transaction is screened by Stripe Radar, which uses machine learning across billions of global payments to block fraudulent activity.

Secure payment verification — Card payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey) where required by your bank.

Single, transparent charge — Your card is charged once at the time of order for the total shown at checkout. Calinza does not add hidden fees, surcharges or recurring charges.

Payment verification (3-D Secure)

To protect both you and Calinza against fraud, some card payments may be subject to additional authentication by your bank (3-D Secure). In rare cases we may contact you to verify additional information before dispatching a high-value order.

Failed payments

If your payment is declined by your bank, the order will not be placed and no goods will be reserved. Please check your card details, billing address and available funds. If problems persist, contact your card issuer, or reach out to us at contact@calinza.shop.

Common reasons a payment is declined: Incorrect card details, insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing address, or a bank fraud check that requires you to confirm the transaction from your banking app.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued via Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout, within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP £). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Prices may change from time to time, but any promotions and discounts are applied clearly at checkout and are subject to any additional terms shown at the time of the offer.
