Plain-English overview
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. UK consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply alongside these terms.
1. About us
calinza.shop is operated by Calinza, with a registered address at Unit 7 Southgate, Morecambe, LA3 3PB, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms are references to Calinza.
2. Use of our website
You agree to use calinza.shop for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any other party. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our servers or any related system.
3. Product information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials and images on calinza.shop are accurate. Minor variations in colour, grain and texture may occur, particularly with natural materials such as timber sheds and log stores, and are not considered defects. Garden buildings are shown assembled for illustration; unless stated otherwise, products are supplied flat-packed for self-assembly.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Calinza is currently not VAT registered, so the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay; we do not charge any hidden fees or additional shipping costs for UK delivery. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the goods listed at the prices stated. A contract between you and Calinza is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email in respect of the items ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:
● The product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable from our manufacturer;
● There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
● Payment verification is unsuccessful;
● We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order in these circumstances, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
6. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it has been dispatched, by contacting us at contact@calinza.shop. After dispatch, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. In summary: we ship only within the United Kingdom; standard UK shipping is free with no minimum spend; orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
9. Payment
Payments are processed in accordance with our Payment Policy. We accept payments via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Calinza's liability in connection with any product purchased from us is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
11. Intellectual property
All content on calinza.shop — including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos and the "Calinza" name — is owned by or licensed to Calinza and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on how we collect and use personal data.
13. Force majeure
Calinza is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, courier or manufacturer strikes, pandemics, war or government action.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of calinza.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
